Data Deletion Request

Method 1 — Email Request

Send an email to our data privacy team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your StartUpz account
• The login method used (Facebook, Google, or email/password)
• A brief description of the data you want deleted

Method 2 — Members Portal (Self-Service)

If you have access to your account, you can submit a deletion request directly from the Members Portal:

1. Sign in at members.startupzcoworking.space
2. Go to your Profile tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Request Account Deletion"
4. Confirm your request — our team will process it within 30 days

Method 3 — Revoke Facebook App Access

You can also revoke StartUpz's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook account settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
3. Find StartUpz Coworking Space in the list
4. Click Remove

Note: Revoking Facebook access removes the OAuth connection but does not automatically delete your StartUpz account data. To fully delete your account, please also submit an email or portal request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your member account (name, email, phone, profile picture)
• OAuth connection identifiers (Google ID, Facebook ID)
• Active session tokens
• Workspace booking history
• Referral records

Financial transaction records (payment receipts) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Philippine tax and accounting regulations. These records will be anonymized where possible.
